Diesel engine cylinder head powder spraying line is composed of blowing room, preheating room, powder spraying system, curing room, strong cooling room and conveying system. The automatic conveying system adopts Siemens automatic control system to realize automatic control of the whole line. The powder spraying system adopts the German Wagner powder spraying system, which has a high powder application rate and a high degree of automation.
