Shot blasting is to use the centrifugal force of the impeller of the shot blasting machine to rotate at a high speed to shoot the abrasive at a high linear speed to the surface of the steel to be treated, resulting in striking and grinding effects, removing the oxide scale and rust on the surface of the steel, and produce a certain roughness. Shot blasting is highly efficient and can be performed in a sealed environment. It is widely used in surface pretreatment of various products and steel plate pretreatment lines. Its characteristics are: according to the purpose of steel, it can be cleaned to the specified rust removal level, and a uniform finished surface can be obtained; closed operation, no dust flying; fast speed, high work efficiency, and stable quality. The thickness of the abrasive, the size of the compressed air pressure (ie the linear velocity of the projection), and the shot blasting time can be adjusted to obtain different shot blasting finish and cleaning quality.
