The strong friction regenerator has the characteristics of high stripping rate (adjustable), good sand particle roundness, and also has the function of coarse-level air selection and cooling of old sand.

Performance characteristics

- Adopting the principle of regeneration based on friction, the film removal rate is high, the breakage rate is low, and the shape and distribution of sand grains are effectively improved;

- The sand particles are regenerated in a suspended state, the power consumption is low, and the sand particles have no high-speed collision;

- The friction wheel is made of high hardness material, which has a long service life and is easy to replace;

- The bearing has good sealing effect and long service life;

- By adjusting the productivity, different stripping effects can be obtained, and the stripping rate can be determined according to different process requirements to reduce operating costs.
