There is a layer of friction discs (copper sheets, castings, plastic sheets, etc.) with a relatively fixed gap between the sprocket and the drum wall. Depending on the weight of the product, the drum and the sprocket support are compressed to generate friction, thereby realizing power transmission; In the case of light load, the slip operation between the drum and the sprocket can be realized;
2. Medium-sized accumulating and releasing motorized roller table with a single workpiece weight between 40 and 200 kg
There is a layer of friction plate between the sprocket and the drum wall. The friction plate presses the sprocket and the drum wall through a set of external springs. The degree of spring compression determines the size of the friction, so the The friction force of this structure is adjustable. As long as the external force acting on the wooden box overcomes the friction force, the difference in the running speed between the sprocket block and the drum wall can be realized, and even the non-running function of the drum can be realized;
3. Heavy-duty accumulation and release rollers with a single workpiece weight between 200 and 1200 kg
The appearance of the heavy-duty roller type motorized roller table is different from that of the ordinary roller table. It is conveyed through a bearing spindle, and two bearing rollers are arranged on the shaft to contact the bottom of the workpiece. The main shaft is supported by bearing seats at both ends, and the sprocket is fixedly connected with the main shaft. There is a friction spacer between the roller and the main shaft. According to the load and use conditions, the friction spacer has copper ring, pig iron sleeve, self-lubricating sleeve and other structures. Because it is not affected by the outer diameter of the roller, the friction of sufficient strength can be designed according to the load. Spacer size;
According to the designed friction resistance and bearing requirements, the outer diameter and width of the rollers are designed, and the diameter of the rollers also determines the external force to achieve slip operation, so it is necessary to carefully consider the design parameters and certain experience;
3. Advantages and disadvantages of accumulating and releasing roller conveyors
1. The commonly used non-adjustable light accumulating and releasing roller conveyor has low cost, but with the increase of the speed and weight of the workpiece, the faster it wears and cannot be adjusted;
2. Because the ordinary spring pressing type accumulating and releasing roller conveyor has the function of spring pressing, the spring pressing force can be adjusted by tightening the nut, and then the friction force between the friction plate and the roller wall can be adjusted. After a period of use, the friction After the force drops due to the wear of the friction plate, the friction force can be adjusted again through the nut;
Every time the work of adjusting the friction force becomes troublesome due to disassembly and assembly and debugging, the durability of the friction plate and the proper adjustment of the friction force determine the service life of the roller table;
